COFFEE SHOP AND BISTROT

The Coffee-Bistro of the Chiostro del Bramante is a place of refreshment and socializing located in the Renaissance Chiostro del Bramante, in a charming blend of classic and modern.

It comprises two distinct spaces – the actual Coffee shop and the Hall of the Sibyls – and serves as a meeting point for breakfast, brunch/lunch, tea, or cocktails, with free entry regardless of the exhibitions and the possibility of exclusive access.

The rich menus, characterized by natural refinement, are a specialty, and table service enhances comfort during the visit. Each time slot is carefully curated to offer the best products prepared at the counter or by the chefs in the kitchens of the Chiostro.

BREAKFAST

Treat yourself to a true moment of pleasure while comfortably seated in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the Hall of the Sibyls or at the Coffee shop counter, sipping the excellent “Macchiatone,” letting yourself be enveloped by the aroma of frothed coffee in a large cup. And to wish you a good start to the day marked by sweetness and genuineness: brownies, muffins, and cookies with original and tasty ingredients, fresh squeezed juices, and espressos.

THE SIBYLS

Far from being just a typical Bistro: you can savor exquisite international dishes and typical Italian cuisine while seated in the Hall of the Sibyls, surrounded by the site-specific work of Fallen Fruit, “Trappola d’Amore a Pleasure Palace,” from 2021 that covers the walls and furnishings of the room with a direct view of Raphael’s fresco “The Sibyls” in the Church of Santa Maria della Pace. Alternatively, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the inner courtyard of the Chiostro del Bramante along the upper loggia.

BRUNCH – LUNCH

Some specialties include strictly ‘home-made’ cakes, vegetable tempura with soy mayonnaise sauce, risottos, and soups. High-quality products are chosen to satisfy both simple and sophisticated palates. The menu features dishes such as Rosetta burger with rosemary potatoes, Cacio e Pepe Risotto, Beef Carpaccio with a mix of greens in tataki apple chips and barbecue sauce, and Chestnut Cheesecake.
