How to organize an art exhibition?

Which are the stages of the exhibition mounting?

The Bramante Cloister believes in the educational role of the Museum, therefore is launching a  free training path, Open Call, that aims to promote a dialogue amongst the different professional roles involved in art domain.

Everyone who is interested in attending the exhibition mounting and the conclusive stages of the upcoming project is invited to apply.

The September exhibition curated by Danilo Eccher is the third part of the contemporary art trilogy. It follows “Love. Art meets Amour” and “Enjoy. Art meets Amusement”. The entire project involves the concepts of identity and human emotions.

The “OPEN CALL 2018: Art as Experience” is a unique opportunity for the 5 participants aged from 23 to 35, who will attend all the fundamental stages of the mounting and collaborate with highly qualified teams. Furthermore, they will approach some of the most important contemporary artists involved in the international exhibition and attend the conceiving of some site-specific works of art.

The training path takes place at the Bramante Cloister and lasts for the whole month of September 2018. A full-time engagement is required.

Who can participate

• The Open Call is open to applicants aged from 23 to 35, who are under 35years old before the deadline (on Friday 29^th June 2018).

• A Master’s Degree is required.

• A good knowledge of English is required.

• No nationality restrictions are provided.

• 5 participants will be selected.

When 

• The Open Call lasts for the whole month of September 2018.

• Every day, full time. 

• Applicants have to assure their availability for the whole period of the Open Call.

How to apply

• Applicants will be selected by the Bramante Cloister on CV parameter selection.

• The CV needs to be sent before Friday 29^th June 2018 to the following address comunicazione@chiostrodelbramante.it (we kindly ask you to write “OPEN CALL” in the e-mail object).

Results

• The selected candidates will be informed individually by the open call representative before the 16^th July 2018.

Further Information

• The admission to the Open Call is free.

• Reimbursement of expenses or salary is not considered.

• Participants will receive a certificate of attendance, which is not applicable as CFU.

• The Bramante Cloister will cover all insurance expenses.

• Eventual travels, board and lodging expenses are not covered by the Bramante Cloister.
